of the man who was DM Silveira.
DMS, donned multiple avatars in his life:
- Educator (Secondary High Teacher, and later Grad school (college) lecturer)
- Journalist (Bureau Chief … Editor of news magazines. Launched own political fortnightly ‘Newsmag’. Editor of the daily newspaper ‘Free Press Journal’)
- Author (wrote books on HRD and the self-development genre. Produced an Almanac on India, ‘The India Book’ - later ‘DM Silveira’s India Book’)
- Management Trainer - forte was communication, EQ skills, work-life transitions, management development (mid-level & upper-level), CXO coaching

Known to a legion of trainees as ‘Mr Silveira’, two words to describe him are boundless energy! A man who cultivated and outgrew multiple avatars, Silveira adopted the epithet Knowledge Enabler. His mission: helping people & organisations achieve their best outcomes.Continue reading → -

DMS embraced re-invention and his life reflects his love for constant learning. He grew into, and outgrew multiple professions. From radio productions for AIR during college days, to teaching right after graduation (school to college levels), to the pinnacles of journalism.
